What we are looking for
• A community manager with copywriting skills and passion for digital communication channels
• A communicative, responsible person who can manage to do different writing-related tasks
• Α copywriter to help produce and post high quality,
high volume written content
• Α client oriented person who can handle challenging situations
• Previous working experience, 1-2 years
• Highly organized, proactive, with a
positive attitude & troll-resistant

The ideal candidate is obsessed with social media insights and has a passion for writing copy of all shape and sizes based on the nuances of each platform, from tweets and captions to editorial articles optimized for linkedin-you can capture a person’s voice and translate it in to effective, engaging copy.

- To be energetic and organized enough to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment while collaborating with a growing and experienced team in order to produce great work.
- Be open to learn new things every day and have the ability to switch from client to client with ease and excitement.
- This role is for someone who wants to build something with a growing team. You must be comfortable figuring things out and willing to experiment to find a breakthrough or an optimization. Most importantly, you have a growth hacker mindset. You must be both a thinker and a doer.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends: following blogs and websites. Show willingness to improve your own knowledge on a daily basis.
- Excellent use of the greek and english
languages, both oral and written.

Job Tasks
Manage editorial and content calendars for multiple clients across multiple platforms - from organization to client approvals to publishing and optimization.
- Understand personal branding and be able to
communicate via writing in the "voice" of
several emerging and established talent personalities.
- Communicate with internal team - creative
in order to deliver the projects.
- Communicate with clients directly
when needed to advance the work.
- Know the platform nuances intimately, coupled
by community management best practices.
- Social media management, insight into metrics and their analysis (for business users) prepare reports with next steps.
- Providing feedback to content management team.
- Report on the social media director.
